This may seem like a little problem. its not the babys falt. the baby cant help it. its the mother or father! or who evers looking after the baby. they let the baby cry and dont do anything to help it! this may just happen when im on a bus but they just sit there and do nothing. they dont give their child food, pick him/her up and nurse him/her or even say shhhhh.
again maybe its just me. but it happens all the time! some do help their child carm down. but most dont.
