Mios gift is every time she gets wet she turns into a Vaporeon. this is simmaler to ranma 1/2 were the boy turns into a girl when cold water tuches him.
however its when ever Mio gets wet. and its not a cures its a gift. and she becomes a Vaporeon. she turns back by getting dry again.
