Neon The Pikachu

Neon allways likes to show off, be the leader and help overs in need. He gets along with everyone, his best friends are Zander the riolu and Mio the eevee.

Because Zander was a close friend from his childhood (when they were humen) and Mio help't him find his past when he need help the most.
